I know I said, just a few days ago, that Cornelia is going on a little holiday to give Sabina and Sylvia a chance to operate these typing fingers. And she is, she really, really is! In fact, Sylvia is already hard at work on some reverse age-gap romances that I know many of Cornelia’s readers will enjoy!
But while Cornelia was packing her bags and preparing for a much-deserved break, she had an idea for a follow-up to “The Heart’s Hunger” in the vein of “Matador,” two of 2025’s biggest hits. And so instead of folding her bathing suit and dusting off her sun hat and deciding which trashy paperbacks to stuff in her carry-on, she was busily writing this spicy little story of an unexpected attraction between Nolan and Steve, two adult film actors who are trying to launch an indie studio. It’s not very long — only about about 96 pages — but it’s hot, and it let me spend a little time with Zoe Chapelle, Tommy Dark, Kati Kumbuquets, and Sierra Burke, as well as with Nolan and Steve, who I’m sure you’ll love as much as I do!
You can pre-order Come Together now for delivery February 3, or, if you’re the reviewin’ type, you can get a free advance review copy on StoryOrigin.
I have plans to return to these characters — I think romance behind the scenes of adult film is an under-explored topic, and a fascinating setting with lots of dramatic possibilities — but I promise that Cornelia will be quiet now for a little while, as she relaxes in the shade of a palm tree with a stack of books off the $1 spinner rack at the paperback exchange, letting Sylvia and Sabina do all the heavy lifting for a few months.
