It’s no surprise to me at all to see that the top two spots on this week’s charts belong to the two hottest firecrackers in Milhawket, Dorothy and Candy; their two tales of naughty fun on the Fourth are definitely great summer fun! And it looks like they’ve sparked some interest in earlier Dorothy stories: Dorothy’s Velvet Devil and Dorothy’s Domestic Bliss round out the top four spots, and I see Dorothy’s Stocking Stuffer and Use Me at the Fair a little lower.
The surprise appearance is Winning With the Wildcats Volume 1, which collects the first three Cassie Snow adventures — Cassie Clears the Bases, Pitchers and Catchers Report, and Designated Hitter — plus the bonus story Calling Balls and Strikes. This was the first series I published as Cornelia, and as such it doesn’t get the attention I think it deserves; these are fun baseball romps with great characters and some wild situations. You should definitely give Cassie a go!
