Dorothy’s Velvet Devil is a prequel of sorts: you already know, if you’ve read Dorothy’s Domestic Bliss, that Dorothy ends up in the small town of Milhawket after a disastrous afternoon in the office, when she’s caught bent over the 23rd floor conference room table in front of Brad the HR intern. This story tells how that unfortunate (yet also somehow quite thrilling …) situation arose, all thanks to a cute little scar beside Brad’s lip and a delightful little toy from Lucky Fierce Vibes.
