Voting in the Golden Pigtail Award semi-finals starts on February 1, and I’m highlighting one of my nominated stories each day until the ballot boxes open. Today it’s “Crammed at the Christmas Craft Fair”, which is nominated in the “Tickler” category.

This story was born of a long day visiting Christmas fairs, including one in a refurbished warehouse that houses artists’ studios. I like a good craft fair, but after a while my mind started to wander to the erotic possibilities, and this story was more or less fully written in my head by the time I got home.

This story fits quite nicely into the parody/comedy category. The banter between the characters is witty (if I do say so myself), and the sex is playful. Vickie gets in some good quips about the craft fair scene, and the whole set up is refreshingly silly. When you get right down to it, sex is mostly ridiculous (at least if you’re doing it right), and the six participants in this little romp are definitely doing it right!
