This story is from the point of view of Cait, a character I didn’t expect until she showed up at Gabbie’s Christmas party. She may have been inspired by a gal I knew in college, an Irish lass who spent her summers on the Wild Atlantic Way and taught me a few useful (and not so useful, and occasionally rude) words in Irish. Cait is mouthy, slutty, dirty, and highly opinionated, and she gets exactly what she demands and deserves. What’s not to love?
